Ordering

Call Toll Free 800-719-4160,we can take your order over the phone or walk you through the steps to place the order online yourself.

Order Online

If you know exactly what you are looking for feel free to place your order online. If you have any questions you can call, email or chat with us online during office hours. When you order online you can insert your serial number or any questions in the Comments box during check out. Your credit card is not processed until we confirm the order so don't hesitate to place the order online and call to verify any questions. If you check out online and we find a cheaper shipping rate we will automatically adjust your price to the lower amount.

Prices

We do our best to keep the prices updated and accurate. If something looks too good to be true please let us know. We don't have to honor a typo but we'll work with you for helping us keep our website up to date. Sometimes better prices exist. If you think the price is too high, give us a call and discuss. It is possible we made a typo on the high side too.

Promotions and discounts can not be combined.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for all orders processed online. Cash payments and wire transfers are not preferred but call us and we can work it out with you. Net 30 credit terms are available for dealers that complete our credit check process.

Shipping Options

We ship same day whenever possible and we use most of the popular freight carriers such as Fedex Ground and Freight, UPS Ground and Freight, RL Carriers, and whatever other carriers are providing excellent pricing and service at the time. Customer pick ups are allowed with advance notice.

International Orders

We do ship internationally. Wire transfer payment in advance is required on all international shipments. We require you to use a freight forwarder for the export process. We will ship to your freight forwarder at your cost or you are welcome to have your forwarder pick up at our location. You must guarantee the fit of your product prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for return freight or warranty shipping on any international shipments. Canadian customers, we ship to you frequently and as long as you understand the customs brokerage we can get your shipment out right away.

Returns / Warranty

Return Authorization

ANY shipment returned without prior notification and proper RMA will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any shipment returned with metal banding will be refused and you will be responsible for the entire purchase price. Returns are extremely rare so give us a call and we will help you if you believe you need to return a product.

Warranty

We stand behind the products we sell. We don't like it when things break, and thankfully it is very rare. We've been in business long enough to know the difference in a true product defect and a hand out. If it's a legitimate product defect it will happen early in the lifespan of the product and we will make it our manager's immediate priority of the day to make it right. Report your problems immediately and get the required pictures as quickly as possible and we will work very hard to resolve the problem right away.

Privacy Policy

We don't share or sell your personal information. If you check out online we don't even see your credit card information. It is all processed securely through the experts at PayPal. We may occassionally email or mail out some promotional discounts but it's pretty rare. We just aren't that organized really. Most of our promos are published on the main page of the website or on Facebook so follow us on Facebook and Google Plus. Other than that we won't bother you much.
