JCB 150T 200T 300T Front Idler

This is the aftermarket option for the JCB compact track loader front tension idler. This idler pulley comes fully assembled with the bearing ready for installation just as pictured.

If your track is falling off on the front end of the machine then the idler wear is likely the cause. Idlers wear over time and prevent the tensioner from reaching the full capacity to tighten the track. A new idler can make up for several inches of slack in the track. People often think their rubber track stretches over time but it is full of steel cables. Typically the truth is the idlers have worn and can no longer fully tension the track.

Due to the weight of this idler it must ship via freight truck on a pallet. Do not choose the Fedex Ground option or it will delay your order.
